They’re not Polaroids. It’s just a Polaroid camera concept.
I own two Polaroid cameras but I’m pretty sure they stopped making film for them or the film is hard to find / expensive. You can buy them at thrift stores though.

The Impossible Project sells them and they make new film for all Polaroid types. They aren’t too expensive.
